Because we provide customized, digital-based services (such as design, development, marketing, and strategy), we strive to ensure absolute clarity regarding payments and cancellations. By hiring us or purchasing our services, you agree to the terms outlined in this Refund Policy.
2. General Refund Principles
Due to the digital, custom, and resource-intensive nature of agency work, all payments made to Avenzor Agency are generally non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise in a signed client service agreement.
Once work has commenced, human resources, time, and creative assets are allocated to your project, which cannot be recovered.
3. Eligibility for Refunds & Cancellations
We handle refund and cancellation requests based on the specific phase of the project:
Before Project Commencement: If you request a cancellation before any strategy, research, design, or development work has begun, you may be eligible for a full refund, minus any processing fees incurred by third-party payment gateways.
In-Progress Projects: If you choose to cancel a project while it is underway, you will be billed for the hours logged or the milestones completed up to the date of cancellation. Any remaining deposit balance may be refunded at our sole discretion.
Completed Work: Once a project, milestone, or final asset is approved and delivered to you, it is considered final and is 100% non-refundable.
4. Subscriptions and Retainers
For ongoing monthly services, marketing retainers, or subscription-based models:
You may cancel your subscription at any time; however, you must notify us at least 14 days prior to your next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the subsequent month.
No refunds will be issued for partial months or unused retainer hours. Services will continue to be rendered until the end of the paid billing period.
5. Third-Party Costs
Avenzor Agency is not responsible for, nor can we refund, any costs associated with third-party services purchased for your project. This includes, but is not limited to:
Domain names and web hosting.
Premium stock imagery, fonts, or software plugins.
Third-party advertising spend (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads).
6. Client Responsibilities & Delays
We rely on timely communication and feedback to meet project deadlines. If a project is delayed by more than 30 consecutive days due to a lack of client response, assets, or feedback, Avenzor Agency reserves the right to terminate the project. In such cases, all payments made up to that point are forfeited.
7. How to Request a Cancellation or Refund
To formally request a cancellation or inquire about a refund, please contact our accounts team. Your request must include your name, company name, project details, and the reason for the request.

8. Processing of Approved Refunds
If a partial or full refund is approved by our management team, it will be processed using the original method of payment within 7 to 14 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card issuer may take additional time to post the transaction to your account.
